Michael A. Hymowtiz

New York native Michael A. Hymowitz is board-certified in marital and family law by the Florida Bar, with a practice that focuses on divorce, custody, paternity, support, prenuptial agreements, property division, dependency and termination of parental rights, as well as criminal law, personal injury, commercial litigation, collections and appeals.
Mr. Hymowitz attended Oglethorpe University, where he received his B.B.A. in 1991, and he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the Mississippi College School of Law in 1995. He is admitted to the Florida Bar (1995), as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida (1995). He is also a member of the Florida Bar, Family Law Section. Mr. Hymowitz's efforts on behalf of his clients are reflected in the following cases, which established significant Florida legal precedents:
